JRG Custom 3D Printing & Manufacturing

Our own build. The real process.

From printed sections to a full-size form.

The JRG Formula-inspired display-car build is our flagship in-house manufacturing example. It remains an ongoing project.

Applications to discuss

Explore printing, assembly and preparation, then tell us what you want to make.

These original archive photographs document printing, component preparation, multipart assembly and bodywork. They demonstrate stages of the process, rather than a completed customer job or a certified vehicle.

The gallery groups documented stages without inventing recording dates or claiming that every photograph shows the same component. No client, hospital, racing-team or official Formula 1 relationship is implied.

06

Six printers. One hands-on workshop.

Six Elegoo Neptune 4 Max FDM printers, each with a nominal 420 × 420 × 480 mm build volume. A larger finished object is made from planned sections, not one oversized print.

Materials and finishing

PLA, PETG, ABS, carbon-fibre-reinforced printing filament, fibreglass and carbon-fibre fabric/resin work. Grade, hardware compatibility, environmental suitability and finish are assessed per job.

A clear path from brief to build

01 / Understand the application

Send your brief, dimensions, quantity and authorised drawings. Explain the environment and what the part needs to do.

02 / Review the approach

We assess feasibility, materials, sectioning and finishing, then clarify missing information before a quotation.

03 / Approve the job

Scope, costs, lead time, delivery and any sample approval are agreed before production starts.

04 / Make and review

Printing, assembly and agreed finishing follow the approved scope. Changes require review.
