Refund policy

Your purchases are covered by the Australian Consumer Law. If goods fail the applicable consumer guarantees, JRG Motorsport will provide the remedy required by law. For a major problem, you can choose a refund or replacement. Minor problems are resolved as required by law.

Contact jrgmotosport@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We may ask for proof of purchase and assess the product. Original packaging is not required to exercise your statutory rights. Where a problem is confirmed, we will reimburse reasonable return costs as required by law.

For a change-of-mind request, contact us before returning goods so we can discuss the request. This does not promise an additional change-of-mind return entitlement or limit your statutory rights.

Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
