The F1 Build

From individual printed parts to a full-size Formula-inspired body. Explore the real work, the challenges and the journey still ahead.

Build stages are ordered by process, supported by the archive and owner account. They are not dated completion claims. The project remains in development.

01 / DIGITAL BEGINNINGS

It began on a screen.

Individual sections needed to move from a digital design into printable components.

02 / PIECE BY PIECE

The shape becomes real.

Printed sections were prepared, joined and reinforced. The original assembly workshop became the place where a life-size shape emerged.

03 / CRAFT AND PERSISTENCE

Beyond the printed surface.

Fibreglass work, sanding and surface preparation brought new challenges. The car later moved to another workshop for detailed body preparation and painting stages.

04 / THE NEXT CHAPTER

There is still work ahead.
