Shipping policy

In-stock JRG apparel is dispatched from Queensland within three business days. Dispatch is the time before the parcel is handed to the carrier; it is separate from delivery time.

For Australian delivery, available Australia Post Parcel Post and Express Post rates are calculated at checkout. Each applicable calculated shipping rate includes an A$5 packing allowance. The delivery options and total charge for your order will be shown before payment. Check the delivery address carefully. Carrier transit estimates depend on the destination and are not a guaranteed arrival date.

If there is a problem or delay with your order, contact jrgmotosport@gmail.com and include your order number. We will discuss the available resolution, including your rights under Australian law. If we cannot supply what you ordered, we will provide the remedy required by law.

Custom products and Formula-inspired parts remain enquiry-only unless a specific offer has separately approved specifications, production capacity, price, delivery terms and payment acceptance.
